Pricing on Lake Barkley

Quality and affordability go hand-in-hand with every project we take on. Here’s what to expect:

  • Dock repairs start with a $500 minimum service fee — larger repairs vary based on scope
  • New floating docks typically begin around $26,000, with bigger custom projects on Lake Barkley reaching up to $50,000
  • Boat lifts are installed starting at $9,000 for smaller capacities and $15,000+ for larger models

You’ll receive a transparent, itemized proposal upfront on every job.

Permitting on Lake Barkley

Lake Barkley is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers, which means any new dock or modification requires a dock permit. We handle all of the leg work with the ACOE for you. Permitting usually takes 5–6 weeks. We handle the paperwork, provide the drawings, communicate with the Corps, and keep you updated along the way.

Booking & Lead Times

Because we stay in high demand, especially during peak season, here are our general lead times:

  • Peak Season (March – November): Expect 12+ weeks from contract signing to start
  • Off-Season (December – February): Usually less than 8 weeks

The sooner you reach out, the more options we’ll have available. Summer slots go quickly!
